Today, in the wonderful world of, 'What The Heck???' I present to you an egg I just brought in from our coop to our kitchen. It looked like a really pale greenish-blue, but when I went to put it down, I saw where my fingers had been on it were now a lighter blue, which threw me a bit! Have you seen this before? The egg was room temperature, and my hands weren't any warmer than normal. Also, the markings faded away after a few minutes. Has anyone else had this??

I noticed the same with a nearly identically colored egg I collected the other day. Can't explain the exact scientific reason for it but I'm sure it has something to do with moisture, humidity, condensation and the like.
