Heat stroke took our rooster from us

My rooster got heat stroke yesterday and he diddnt make it i feel terrible and its not the same without hearing him all morning just be careful in the summer he was only outside unattended for 2 hrs

Crushed my whole family my wife is always telling me to go out there when it's real early so he won't be so close to our door(we have a door from our bedroom to the yard and all the free range chickens have learned this is where the food comes from) but we both couldn't sleep last night we were waiting to hear him wake the hens up but it's rough here he left behind a mate they always were together and it looks like she is waiting for him to come back
