I think every man, in preparation for marriage, should have to go through 12 hours of labor. He doesn't have to actually give birth mind you, just go through the labor.

Perhaps then they'll be able to suffer through their colds in silence.

Man cold around here always calls for matzo ball soup from scratch no less. I can't usually get him to take cold meds so I make the soup.

Added bonus is it makes the house smell really yummy all day long cause that's how long it takes to cook it.

No, as careful as I am when I go to town (once a week, max) - wiping down the shopping cart before using it, avoiding people that look like they are even thinking about getting sick - it won't do me a bit of good. This bug has run its course at the police dept., now DH has it, I'll be next. When it does, I'll "cowgirl up" and not act like my world is coming to an end.

Wash your hands, a lot, and anything you touch. Keeping him in a room is good to.

I get the flu/cold report at work, and the south has been hit hard. Fortunately we are getting spared here, but our flu season is usually starting about now. I'm lucky that I rarely get sick. Don't think I've had a cold or flu in about 10 years.
