Heavy breathing! Please help!

I put her back into her cage, and i will not let her outsidw tomorrow. As well as i will call the vet, but tomorrow is sunday so she might not be working.

She has quited down from when u was giving her medicine which is probably stressful but now she has calm down and the light is off.

Whenever she breathes theres a faint clicking sound? I have not heard that before.

She has a respiratory thing going on. It could very well be viral and the antibiotics won't help get rid of it, just keep her from developing bacterial infection. I think the prednisone they gave you is to help her get over it. The breathing gets difficult when she is stressed as you have seen. Yes, you can give her the VetRX and her meds. Just warm the VetRx and using a q-tip rub a bit around her nostrils, head (but avoid near eyes), upper roof of mouth, in the morning and evening.
A few drops of med or water in her airways isn't fatal, they can usually sneeze it out, but, it is very important to learn how to liquid dose a bird. A skinny one ml syringe is best or a crop tube. Just putting it in her beak and expecting her to swallow, well, they are very likely to just shake most of it out. You have to get the syringe or crop tube down the esophagus, not her airway. Watch the links provided and learn how to properly give the meds. You have to be forceful when doing it or you won't succeed, but know what you are doing before you attempt it.

Thank you for all of your advice, i was trying to go gentle but im not sure shes getter her proper doseage that way. I will try it more forcefull.

Also this morning for her medicine we used bread? Will that work? We put the medicine on peices of bread and she ate all of it.
