Heavy breathing! Please help!

Get some VetRX for her and read instructions. Also keep her in a warm room or area if you are experiencing cold weather, semi dark, natural light and put some vitamin mix in her water. That's what I would do for her. Has she ever layed? Has she been laying? My guess is she is stressing maybe because of fixing to lay her first egg of season. Could be respiratory too, so VetRX and vitamins should help her get over that.

Being in strange surrounding, noisy area will stress her too. If you have a dog carrier and its not too cold, I would put her in that, back in her hen house. Can attach feed and water cups to door on those things. Put shavings in bottom. And use the VetRX daily on her.
These are good ideas too - it won't hurt to see if Vet Rx will help her out. Since the vet was able to remove whatever was blocking her airway (post#30, page 3 of this thread), she may still have irritation to her passages. The VetRx may be soothing to her

Just gave her, her medicine and shes doing better, i hope she will be well soon. I think she might be sick. If so should i keep her away from the rest of the flock

Yea, I think she has a bit of a respiratory thing going on. Sometimes chickens carry stuff and stress will make it appear. If she is trying to lay an egg, first egg, that is stressful as all the moving around to different areas. I would crate her as I said in a quiet warm area, and keep giving her the meds the vet gave you, and the VetRX won't hurt her, may help her breath. Vit/min in water will help improve her immune system too. That stuff should be given to all your flock in their water a few times a week. It should be beneficial to all.

Also wondering if she has access to oyster shell? Good idea to have oyster shell in dish somewhere for chickens when they feel they need it. When laying starts up and they are eating stuff besides their layer feed, sometimes a different source of calcium is needed.

Yes she witnessed the attack but she has layed eggs since then, also where would i buy vitamins and vetrx? Also if some water got into her airways would it starp up again?

About less than a quarter of a ml of medicine went into her airways, but she sneezed up quite a lot of it. Should i take her back to the vet?
