Deep full shade to keep cool, misters may help. A shallow pan with a block of ice for the girls to sip from and wade in. A floor pan blowing across them.
For the coop, have one full wall facing away from the prevailing wings completely open, just covered in 1/2" hardware cloth.
LOTS of ventilation.
