I have had chickens off and on for 25 years. Currently I have 6 layers. I am expanding my coop as someone I know is moving and giving me 6 more.
I also have 3 cats and two Aussies. My Aussies are a bit too excited when the girls are free ranging so we usually keep them in when the girls are “out”.
I love how much the girls want to be out and scouring the yard for bugs. I learned of BYC from someone in my neighborhood - actually someone on my NextDoor App.
I can’t wait to dive deep into your suggestions and hints and ideas!

Welcome to the coop! I use the Forums and Articles tabs at the top of the page to do research. You can get lost for hours. It's nice to know you are minutes away from getting help with questions and emergencies! I always check in the "What's New" section as well at the top of this page. This way I can read how I may have a similar question or help give some advice.
