Hello fellow chicken lovers!

I'm new to the site and sort of new to chickens. One of my friends had a sick relative out of state, so I took care of her three newly hatched chicks for a week, from 1 to 7 days old. I now visit them weekly and they are now almost fully feathered. I also ordered 3 day old chicks from mypetchicken.com (a delaware, a welsummer, and a red star) and they will be arriving by mail on june 25th. Whoohoo.

Also, if anyone knows anything about quails, can you please tell me? Can they fly? How often do they lay eggs?
