Hi there!

I'll be moving out to a 3 acre plot of land in a couple weeks, and I'm super excited to build myself a chicken coop, and start getting fresh eggs!

I've been researching building a coop, and I think (in order to save a little cash) I'll be going the pallet route. Being that I am in Canada, and we do get rather cold winters that seem to never end, I'm looking at several options for insulation, and heating in the winter.

I look forward to sharing my journey with you, and learning from you as well!

Also, in case you're curious, my name comes from a Thoroughbred Racehorse I used to care for many years ago.

Hello fellow Canadian!

I get cold winters too and we have insulation in our coop!

We sadly just lost one of our Red Links(I believe) to old age(only 3).
