Hello from Canada!

Hello! I've actually been using this website for a while now, I made an account a couple months ago but I'm finally going to introduce myself. I already love this website so much and it's helped immensely with our chicken keeping!

So we currently have 7 Cinnamon Queen hens and 20 Easter Egger chicks. We've had our laying hens for over a year now, and they lay large eggs very consistently. We are so grateful for them.

We picked up our EEs just yesterday, all alive and healthy. They are so energetic and a joy to be around. A few are an extremely beautiful blue/silver color, I'm very excited to see what they will look like as adults. I know I will probably have lots of questions as these little guys grow!

I've actually already read that article and I'm going to use that technique when introducing the chicks to the hens. Thank you anyways.
