Finally have a property and home of my own to get back into chickens. Discovered the Appenzeller Spitzhaubens this time around and fell in love with them. Currently working on establishing my line of white spangled and chamois spitzhaubens. From their forward facing Mohawks to their adorable blue legs. These guys make me chuckle everytime I see them.
I also keep a variety of wyandottes for meat and eggs. Gold laced, silver, blue laced reds and splash. Narragansett Turkeys as well as Emden crossed with white chinese geese.
Decided to join the group since every time I do a Google search I'm always lead here for answers. Excited to be here and learn to become a better Shepard to my flock.
