Interesting…He looks to be a mixed jubilee Orpington to me.I was wondering if anyone could give me some feedback on this guy, I am thinking he is a good candidate to breed but I would appreciate any thoughts or opinions. He is still pretty young @ 6 months of age.

That would odd as I hatched him and his siblings from eggs I got from Carolina Rare chicks. What makes you think he is mix?Interesting…He looks to be a mixed jubilee Orpington to me.
What hens are you planning on breeding him with?
I mean mixed because jubilee is not a recognized APA SOP colour yet. That would odd as I hatched him and his siblings from eggs I got from Carolina Rare chicks. What makes you think he is mix?
These are the other birds hatched from the same batch of eggs:

Thank you for the high praise! He's stunning. This bird makes me want Jubilee. Most do not. lol
You're welcome. Jubilee is a gorgeous pattern, but it seems to be so variable on some of the birds that people breed. I've always stayed away from the variety, but birds like him always make me want to try my hand with them.Thank you for the high praise!
Carolina Rare Chicks has lovely birds! That would odd as I hatched him and his siblings from eggs I got from Carolina Rare chicks. What makes you think he is mix?
These are the other birds hatched from the same batch of eggs and the girls I plan to breed him to. The other Roo is in the (second pic).
