Oh, they're really beautiful! I cannot find them by german breeders, but I think the german equivalent could be "schwarz-weiß gescheckt". I've to learn a lot more, I believe

I got it free on "you know" as well. I read it and then was holding one of my chickens and sh purred just as Caughy described. It was actually thrilling.

Hi all! We, my family and myself, are planning to buy our first 6 chicken this summer. I found backyardchickens via google while searching for some ideas for building a chicken coop. My wife Katharina and me have read a bunch of books about chicken keeping and want to learn some more here.

We want to buy 2 Wyandotte, 2 "Deutsches Lachshuhn" and 2 "Zwerg-Sussex"

My name is Axel, I'm from Hamburg, Germany, living with my familiy (my wife Katharina, my daughter Annika and my son Niklas) in Bavaria near Munich - not to forget our flat coated retriever Nelson.
