Welcome from a fellow Michigander (SE as well)! I have to say I am quite partial to my sweet EE also.
Good luck with your girls. BTW, my first coop was made from a freebie shipping container from Craigs Lis toot, but chicken math soon happened and we had to move the girls to bigger digs.
