I've been helping myself to advice from BYC for so long as a guest that I thought I'd better join. Er hmm... that and my welsummer problem I need advice on... Anyway I'm looking forward to communicating with people that actually love chickens as much as I do. My family bless them, do a fairly good job of pretending to be interested but its not the same. I only know one other person who loves chickens like I do and on those rare occasions I see her we have a good old chicken chat. I had no idea how big this site is and I'm a bit of a 'tech-phobe' but I'll try to get around. I have 15 beautiful Welsummers including my roo 'Bigboy', 2 old girls: Isa brown and Australorp, an OEG bamtam, a Plymouth Rock bantam, a Croad Langsham bantam and 3 SL Wyandottes (the best mothers).
