Hello!... New Chicken Dad here! We have 5 Acres in Travelers Rest, SC where we live with our 11 Chickens and our dog Corduroy. Our mountain lot has many predators including Black Bears, Bobcats, Raccoons, Hawks etc. We repurposed a 8X10 wooden shed and added triple framing and reinforced every panel. They have a 350 square foot run but they free range most of the time. Hoping one of our peeps will turn out to be Roo to help keep order within the coop, run and yard. Like all the other Chickens I have had the pleasure of meeting they are hilarious.

After doing some more reading here on the forums it appears my Golden Comets are Buff Orpintons so that's a surprise!

We have:
4X Cinnamon Queens
1X Wyandotte
4X Buff Orpintons
2X Rhode Island Reds
