I'm in Hartsville, pretty much under Chesterfield. Hi Candygold. Hi everybody from SC.

Oh yeah. We used to go to Bucksport Marina to eat out in the restaurant there when I was growing up. My Dad used to own a farm in Buckville. Right across from what we call "Buckville International Airport" where they have the banner planes.
My DH and I have a friend who has seats in the "Zone" at the USC stadium in Columbia, and the first game we had a chance to go to was the Vanderbilt game. They couldn't go at the last minute, so it was DH, 17 year-old daughter (who is even more rabid a fan than I am) and me. We were so excited; then we were so disappointed! What a game. Oh well. Next year.
 
I did have seats but I gave them up a couple of years ago.Last eyar was the year in probably the last 10 that didn't make at least one game.
 
I am amazed that there aren't more people on here from SC since there are so many chickens out on peoples yards when I drive around not only my county but also many others. I thought we would have a lot on here talking chickies in SC! Maybe there aren't many around SC that have found this site.
I was hoping to find others near me that would have chicks for sale or want to trade in the future.

Oh, yeah. We are Carolina Gamecock fans, too! Have been for about 30 years, through thick and thin. Unlike my traitor nephew who grew up in Chapin but went to school at Clemson. Humph! That changed my sister and her family's loyalties.

Nadine, do you live in or near Tigerville? sounds like the area you were describing. I went to NGU that is why I was wondering.

It is really nice to see all the SCians coming on here....this is a lot more than we had believe it or not
