After reading quite a lot on this forum I think it's time for a brief introduction.
Browsing the internet to learn more about turkeys I stumbled upon this great community. I find it very helpfull and entertaining to read all the experiences and comments of fellow poultry lovers. Since a few months two turkey hens and a rooster team up with my Marans chickens to help me maintaining and shaping the garden/orchard. So far this collaboration is working out pretty well and it gifs me a lot of joy watching these birds strolling around.

Turkeys are very interesting birds to raise. I use to have wild Rio Grande turkeys.
