Welcome to BYC! I recommend removing the bullies rather than the one who is being picked on to shake up the pecking order. If she has scabs/wounds I would get some Blue Kote and make sure there are no areas of red showing. She will have to be reintroduced to the group as you mentioned. Good luck to you.
