Hello from West Tennessee

Hello everyone from West TN. My family and I are new to raising chickens and other birds. We got our first hens earlier this year as chicks and raised them ourselves. We now have 11 Rhode Island Red hens laying 9-11 eggs every day. We live on family land that has had pea fowl all of my life and they have been interesting. We also have 2 guinea fowl that are something else!!! We have rounded everything out with 3 peaking ducks that we raised from ducklings swimming around on our pond as well.

Welcome! I just got my first 4 chickens in May. I'm now up to 10. Chicken math is a real thing! I'm in south Texas. The gentleman in my profile picture is my baby Marshmallow.
