Thanks for the welcome!
I went ahead and just lanced her for the third or so time and there is still infection there. This is not a typical bumblefoot case as there were no scabs on the bottom, etc. but I did actually dig out what I am pretty sure was a stringy-pus-coated thorn from the top side of one foot.
We did a 4-day round of penicillin week before last, and after the significant digging around again just now to find sources in the other two areas (unsuccessfully), I dressed her up and went ahead and started another round of penicillin (although I'm not really sure what the waiting period is between rounds, or if it is going to do any good anyway). She has been getting epsom salt soaks, neosporin, and wrapped in the meantime. She's eating OK, not great though, and poops look pretty normal. Have her in the hospital cage with pine shavings, vitamins in her water, and mixed in a little of the Mazuri game bird starter in her regular food to give her a little boost.
I'll give it another few days and see what happens... sigh... poor girl.
