Hello! I'm a new member and thankful because I need help with my pekin duck...

Hi! My name is Jennifer...Jenn is fine. My fiance Tim, and I have roughly 60 birds, geese, ducks, roisters, hens, silkies, and guinea hens. Almost all of them were given to us because the owners couldn't care for them anymore.
I am glad to discuss anything but right now I have a peking duck thats needs help. Her leg and foot are so swollen she cant use it. I dont have a lot of money so before I start calling and begging an area vet to help me, Im hoping someone here can help me. I am good with animals and I plan to move her into her own sick bay I guess u could say...I hate seeing her with this it has to be painful!! Please help! Thank you and I fully intend to be a contributing community member.
