Hi Ya'll!
I'm Robin from the great state of North Carolina! I have been wanting to raise chickens my entire life and now we have room and time I have my first four girls (fingers crossed lol) My fondest memories besides my horse focus growing up was helping out with my Grandmother's Chicken Coop on her farm. I loved the "girls" especially a mottled chestnut and white chicken of indeterminate breed we called "Butterball" lol.
Fast forward to two weeks ago I brought my parents 4 English Orpington chicks whom we've named after the Golden Girls. Two Golden Laced and two Red Mottled. The breeder has a great program of just English Orpingtons and I was lucky to be able to get these kiddos!
I look forward to making new friends and learning even more about chickens and their care! Attached are pics of our sweeties taken on their 2nd week birthday on the 22nd lol.
