I may be a bit biased, but I do love some Rhode Island Reds! Had a really sweet girl named Big Red (pictured below, with a comical expression). However, I've had some great Barred Rocks, Dominiques, Polish, Ameraucana, and mixed breeds over the years. Go for a breed you love!
