Hi! We are so happy you’ve decided to join us here! Chickens are definitely worth keeping around! Have you considered expanding to turkeys and quail? Perhaps a few goats and mini cows too?
I think the chickens would benefit from the other critters.It sounds like you have game birds. They are not the best layers. If you ever end up with a male from them, you will only ever have the one unless you have multiple enclosures as the males will fight each other viciously.do not know breeds the person that gave me these was a cock fighter he told me fighting got to expensive for him so he sold of most stock these are stragglers
