Hi, I'm new to Backyard Chickens! My username is @the plot chickens, which I guess is supposed to be a dumb pun based off of the phrase 'the plot thickens'. I live in Australia and I have chickens, ducks and quails which I love very much and keep for eggs.

I joined this website to learn more about poultry and hopefully get some tips from other bird owners!

I am absolutely fine thank you! ❤ It's nice to see you have settled in well and are now welcoming other new members to the group and helping to improve the forum! 👍 I actually have some eggs hatching in six days so I am sure you will all get bombarded with photos of those! 📸😂 How are your Belgian bantams doing? 🐔

First:OMG! CHICKS?! YAY! PHOTOS TOO?! AWESOME! Ok lol sorry about the capitals.😂 And the Belgians are doing well, it's getting into showing season, but Tango is molting (of course! Perfect timing🙄). The have being playing in the rain all day too!😅🐔🌧

Same with my silkies! First show is in May and they have just started to molt, you would think a fox had had a visit the amount of feathers on the ground there is! Finger crossed they are all done and well feathered for May 🤞🤞😃
