Raising 100 isn't the hard part... Processing them is the hard part. Personally, I would use two 8x8 brooders (50 in each) and three 8x8 tractors. 3 weeks in brooder & 35 days moving daily on pasture. I also feed mine 18% protein from end to end. I feed twice a day and move them once a day.
