Hi there! My name is PeachyAxe, and I'm new to this whole chicken thing. In fact, I just finished building my coop today, and will be getting 3 hens by this Saturday. I'm keeping them for their eggs and (mainly) as pets. I can't wait to meet other chicken owners on this website, and am ready for a life-changing experience with my new feathered friends!

Thanks, you guys! I am very excited about my chickens, and will hopefully be getting them tomorrow from a friend. If they don't have any to spare, I will be purchasing them from a local 4-H Auction. I will post updates on my chickens, and get some pictures out there too!
