You can take out some of the egg rails to make room for the eggs to be put on lock down. That way the chicks won't get shrink wrapped from you opening the incubator to turn the new eggs every few hours. Also it helps the humidity and temperature better by not having to open the incubator so often.

Could you turn one side off ?
Could you put something on top of one of the sides and then place the day 14 eggs on it ?
I can take out the rails but how do I know if my Turner is actually working it goes side to side but doesn’t stop on one specific side .. like it’s a 2 hour timed turner it turns for 14 second but goes straight back to the middle

As Nyla said, take out some of the egg rails
As for if it’s working or not, you’ll just have to find out.

Just wanted to add that I had the exact egg turner you have and it worked fine, To ease your worries, you can check up on it every 2 hours and see if it is turning. I wish you the best of hatching!
