Help - 12 weeks old, already pecked & alone

Hello and welcome to BYC! :frow Glad you joined.
Can you section off a portion of the run and coop and keep her in there so she is near the flock but they can't touch her? In time you may observe one or two of the other pullets seem to be kinder to her than the rest. Try putting one of the kinder ones in with her for quite a while and see if they forge a friendship.
As for the eye, you can try posting in the ER forum as has been suggested but her vision may be permanently damaged. That will NOT affect her ability to enjoy a complete life once the socialization issue is resolved.
Thank you! Yes, I can fence off a section. I will post a pic of her good eye too, it’s yellow so definitely looks different to the damaged eye. Will they try to attack her if the eye is healed but cloudy, or she keeps her lid closed? Wow, maybe naive but I wasn’t expecting them to be such vicious little creatures! 😬

Once they get accustomed to it and she gains some confidence behind the barrier and hopefully makes a friend, I would hope they'd leave her alone.
You also need plenty of space in your run with lots of things to do in there. If you can, add perches at varying heights, stump arrangements, two pallets leaning together TeePee style, or anything else you can think of to add clutter to the run.
What is your run litter? Having something to scratch through and dust bathe in is very beneficial as well. I like to use wood chips but I can get those for free where I live.
Yes! They can be very vicious little creatures. They are not called tiny dinosaurs for no reason!

Hi, and welcome to BYC! So excited that you're here! :wee

I'm so sorry about your chick...a lot of great advice has been shared here - I would definitely suggest checking out the ER forum, @DobieLover's advice is also very helpful!
I once had a Barred Rock who received eye damage when she was little, and though she was at the bottom of the flock, and was certainly a bit of an oddball, she was an extremely happy hen and lived quite a good life. ❤️ Best of luck with your little one! :hugs
