Help! 2 week old aggressive duckling

Hello friends,
Please help. My 2 Pekin ducklings are almost 2 weeks old and 1 of them is so aggressive to his sibling. He is constantly going after her and nipping on her little wing or anywhere he can grab onto causing her to run away, hide and peep constantly.

They’re most likely establishing a pecking order. You could separate them a bit. I have a chicken wire frame I’ve used to put a physical barrier between but still allow them to see each other.

I’ve had one do this before. It seemed like it was bored or extra hungry. When it had to peck for its food, it quit pecking its siblings. And I put a couple toys in there to keep it occupied.

How much room do they have to run around?

Lot’s of room! They are living inside in our jumbo dog cage for these first few weeks.

Boredom comes to mind. Not enough stimulating things to do...

Lot’s of room! They are living inside in our jumbo dog cage for these first few weeks.

Maybe the dog cage doesn't allow one duck to run far enough away from the other or hiding spaces.

If you are having warm weather take your ducklings outside for some foraging time let them run around and play and tire themselves out. Of course at their age they need constant supervision but this stimulation may cut back the biting or stop it all together.
