HELP!! 26 baby chicks and 15 didn't make it...Help!!!

called Darkeggs,com i was impressed by the way they were packaged, they had heat pads, lots of bedding and all the babies were very

I've ordered a couple times from McMurray. Live chicks all came alive. Fertile eggs, I lost two in transit..not sure on viability. They really seem to be a good hatchery overall. We have had screwy weather and everything has been off. Give them another try. Ask for heat packs and/or gro gel to be added. We have them shipped to west coast. A long way for chicks.
