We have three 3 week old lavenders and until yesterday everything was fine. One of the girls started limping like she got hurt and today she is having even more trouble walking. She can get up up both legs very briefly and tries to take a step. She acts like she just cant hold herself up. She doesnt have any visible injuries and everyone else in the brooder is fine.

Any updates? Pictures?

This could very likely be a vitamin deficiency unless she really did hurt herself. I'd get some vitamins for chicks and feed that for a week, see if it improves.
In the meantime try feeding it some scrambled egg, bakers yeast, wheatgerm or sunflower seeds. All packed with vitamins.

When raising chicks indoors it is crucial to provide Vitamin D3+K for proper substitution of natural sunlight. They might go without problems for two weeks, but then the limping starts and they will even die without proper substitution.

Quote: "Retarded growth and severe leg weakness are the first signs noted when chicks are deficient in vitamin D3. Beaks and claws become soft and pliable. Chicks may have trouble walking and will take a few steps before squatting on their hocks. While resting, they often sway from side to side, suggesting loss of equilibrium."
