Help 4 day old Silkie walking backwards?

I have a Silkie who has been fine for 4 days, today she is crying and when she runs/walks, she will stumble backwards some of the time. Started on vitamins water and a little molasses. Any ideas on what is wrong?

Is she unbalanced or lame in her legs?
Has she been vaccinated?

Sounds like it might be wry neck, silkies are prone to it.
