Help 5 week old sick chick

I have 5 5 week old chicks m I already treated for cocci about 2 weeks ago all of the others are fine but one of them is not feathering out or gaining weightm all he wants to do is sleep.. He is eating and drinking and he has solid pop but he is weak, I separated him from the others as he wants to stay warmer than the other ones. I just cannot figure out what is wrong. His breastbone is also sticking out.. Thanks for any info any one might have to offer.

Try some nutri-drench...it's vitamins added to water. Hopefully he is just recovering from the coccidia treatment. You could also try a lil molasses in water if you have it on hand. It can give them needed energy. Make sure he has a stuffed friend or something to cuddle with if he's all alone. They are social and really do need others around, but it's understandable if he isn't able to handle being with everyone else at moment.

He has a feather duster I started him on polyvisol without iron, he has just been like this for about two weeks and I have tried everything just not sure what else I can

maybe he needs another dose. It sure wont hurt to try. and scramble some eggs. You can put the nutra drench right on his beak. works faster then adding it to the water. Just a drop .

I was wondering also if he should have heat it gets 95 during the day here and about 74 at night I have a 75 watt heat build in his cage? Is this too much
