Help a lethargic baby

Hello, we have our first hatch, 1.5 days old, one chick is very lethargic, sugar water doesn't seem to perk him up. I've left him in the incubator. Any suggestions?

Maybe try some scrambled egg if it will eat it. Sometimes there's just nothing we can do.
