So sorry that your lost your poor girl. Call your state vet lab in the morning, and keep her body cold in a cooler on ice, but don’t freeze. Here is a list of state vets to get a necropsy:

Most feed stores have fenbendazole or SafeGuard 10% horse paste or the liquid goat wormer. Dosage is 1/4 ml per pound given orally for 5 consecutive days to each chicken. That will treat gapeworm and most chicken worms. Since she died so quickly, I would try to find out what she died from.,
