Please any tips on candeling or advice or what like what should I see what should i do also I want to know what haplens when chicken eggs are on lockdown and Turkey eggs. Geese eggs and duckbeggs still nees turnkng?

Please help my baby chicks are hatching the first ones was great the second one died now the third one is not moving or making any noise. Going on 2nd day. Someone told me to help it out of the shell. What do I do?
