HELP, are my birds hens or roosters?

I am very new to the chicken world. I have 3 chickens that are about 4 months old and I was told they are Ameraucanas but that I am not even sure of but the real question I want to know is are they hens or roosters.

I heard one trying to cock-a-doodle-do the other morning so I am worried. (it was the chicken in the middle of all three pics)

I could really use some help. (oh and don't worry about the duck, I know she is a girl

if you want to get rid of one, I might have a pullet or two that I could part with, not sure if I have any extra blacks but I could probably let one or two white pullets go, they are very very good show quality pure whites

I was wanting the chickens for eggs but despite my little knowledge of chickens, I now know that will not happen with my current flock

jeb251- I would love to trade for a hen or two. I really like my birds but I don't think my neighbors will like being so close to a rooster plus I have read that roosters fight with each other.
Let me know how you want to set up the trade. lol
