looks like more than just that, the face/beak looks badly formed

Does anyone recommend another...... maybe smaller incubator?

we might still be able to make this one work well for you
do you have a oral or rectal thermometer that you know and trust to be fairly accurate? you could put that in it just for an idea to see how far it is off until you can get an aquarium one

Thanks. That's what I've been doing. I have an extra themometor in there. The Incubator is off by like, 10%

It says it's been at 96* which I know is wrong, but it won't go up any higher!

That's way off. That's definitely causing your issues, along with humidity, which was already covered. If you can't get it to go higher, then that incubator is junk and needs to go. Can you return it?

As for others I would recommend, the Incuview is a good one that's pretty foolproof. Hovabators are good too but they are more touchy and need more babysitting.

hopefully you can play around with it and get it regulated. Maybe there is a sensor or heater failing?

it's honestly hard to tell. I have incubated three times and I currently have one broody hen but not all of my eggs have hatched. sometimes I forget to turn them

but they usually hatch anyways.

I had one hatch that was 10 days late and some of the shell was missing so anythings possible.
