This is a pic of him/her! You can't really see the chick but it moves a little whenever I check up on him/her! Do you think it will make it? It's day 20 but I put this guy in a day late so day 19 for him/her.
Is the membrane open so it can breathe? It's hard to see in the picture

how did the shell get broken but not the sack ??? ps most will hatch on day 21 ... if they hatch earlier ...your temp too high ...if its later than 21 days ..temp too low ... also on day 18 they should go in to lock down ... do not fiddle with the eggs ... they will dry out and the bay wont be able to get out its shell !! Just had 43 hatch in the last 2 days ....

Sorry guys, that egg never made it. Even if it hatched, it would of died. It's entire face was deformed and it was smaller than my pinky. Thanks though!

For reference, this is the incubator I have now. I got it from TSC. It isn't as sturdy as yours probably is though.
Before I started using it this last time, it was up on a shelf in our garage and had been for a good 1.5 years.
During these last two weeks (I had pulled the eggs from the broody hens because one of them had accidentally broken an egg and I was worried the same would happen to the others) it has (usually) maintained a steady temperature.
Please forgive the bad photos, the incubator is up in our barn and the lighting is terrible.
