Help! Baby Call duck can't stand up!!!

hello...I had two call ducks hatch last night and one just seems distressed. He goes to walk, but just falls over. I have him on a towel in the brooder, so he has something to grab onto, but he keeps flipping over and gets stuck. The other one is doing just fine--little wobbily, but staying upright. This one also had issues with his umbulical(sp?) cord un-attaching. He drug his egg all over the bator for awhile till it finally cam off. And it looks almost like he has a bit of an "outty" belly button? If that makes sense. Any suggestions would be MUCH appreciated!

Are his legs to far out from each other. I had that happen once and had to take a makeup sponge, or a piece of yarn a hobble the legs together.
