Help! Baby is limping, and has a swollen leg! What is it?

I just noticeed something else today. I looked his leg over really closely, and noticed that not only is the ball of his foot swollen; his hock is too. What on earth is this?!?

If it isnt bumblefoot and you've used vitamin B, I have no clue what the problem is....sorry, I cant help you anymore than I have.
