I can't help much but a little.

Get some contact lens saline solution. The big bottle used for storage and rinsing of the contact lenses. Soak a cotton ball and gently lay it on her eye to try and soften up the crud. When it softens up use the cotton ball to gently wipe the eye and remove the debris. Soak another cotton ball and repeat until the eye is clean. The saline solution should sooth the eye and has germ killing properties. You might even see it foam a bit like peroxide.

Do this a few times a day and see if it clears up the problem. Watch her closely for any other symptoms such as sneezing or coughing or runny nose. She might have something other than an irritated eye but lets hope not.

If the other hens are picking on her separate her for a day or 2 and let her rest and get her strength back.

I would also get some antibiotic ophthalmic ointment from the feed store; it's usually Terramycin or Neosporin, and apply that a couple of times a day.

Oh, forgot, you can also make your own saline to clean the eye. Look here:

i will try the saline ane neosporin.i hope it helps.she seems ok other than that....thank you all
