Help!! Big Feet Problem

I have a year old Lavender Orpington Rooster who has HUGE Feet and his nails and tips of his toes fell off. His toes are turning white Help!!!

Were his feet frozen/frost bitten?

This past Fall i had 2 Polkie chicks with some sort of fungi on there feet. It turns out they could not get their feet dry. So i added fresh savings and did not let them outside and its healing after some toe amputation. But it has not worked on Victor ( The Lavender Roo)

Do you have any pictures? Is there anything growing on the feet?

Pictures would be needed to see if he was frostbitten or if there is a problem with legs mites or something else.
