when he walks now.. its weird because.. his one foot.. like.. folds up... very weird.. like a limp.. then he starts walking normal...

My old flock of chickens got this it spreads like WILDFIRE, is he also sniffling and has bubbles coming out of his nostrils? The best thing that helped me was Appple Cider Vinegar, I put a cup a galllon I dont think you are suppose to put that much but I did because my whole flock got it. I had a total of 15 chickens and all but 4 died, I got rid of the 4 that were surviers and I bought a new flock and built a new coop it is just awful I hope you do not go through what I did

Is he pooping? If so, is is blood tinged (red or pink)? If so, it could be Cocci, which is very common in chicks.

I have been all over google trying to find more infor mation I will keep looking. and what is it that your chickens had C&Rman? would cocci make him swell up like that?

is your chicken one month old or one year old?

He could not feel well and therefore look puffed up but will feel normal when picked up - maybe a little underweight, but normal. But if he feels squishy and full of air, I would go with the other suggestion.

I should add in.. we put a needle into the area.. of the super bubbly mushy area.. but nothing happened.. and if you push on that area some.. he does scream/ so something is up with that area

Ohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.. I am so worried.. my biggest fear.. is now he doesnt walk.. its like.. his one foot curls...

Do chickens with mereks.. go into puff balls.. or is that not a sign of mereks.. I am FREAKING!!!!
