His poop is probably watery because he's not eating and if he's not eating, he's not getting the medication in medicated chick starter (if that's what you are feeding). Go ahead and start him on the Corid. At this point, I would squirt some (~5 drops) directly into his mouth and add the correct dose to the his water.
 
Also, if you can somehow get some yogurt in him it will help. Sometimes the Corid kills the good bacteria in his intestinal track as well as the cocci. The yogurt will give him a probiotic boost and an energy boost - especially if you can get him the full flavor (not light) yogurt.
