Help! Black things floating in yolk!

Title says it all. I was candling my eggs on day 3 this morning and 1 egg looks oddly different from the others.

1) The yolk moved fluid like when i was turning
2) There were 3 tiny dark things inside the yolk that moved with it

Could that be a dead embryo?

Also what causes some eggs to develop faster then others?

No, probably blood or tissue in the egg from the hen. Let us know if they are fertile.
