In addition to everyone's suggestions, I'd probably make her a mush of her normal balanced chicken feed with mashed hard boiled eggs and might even add in a can of sardines. I prefer my sardines packed in sunflower oil, so I'd probably mix that oil in there too for the added calories and amino acids. Crushed dry cat food is another add-in alternative that my flock finds tasty. Wet food will be easier for her to manage since she's unable to see her food.

Oatmeal is not high enough in protein or calories, it has only 2.4 grams of protein per 100 grams of oatmeal. I'm sure it's filling, but not enough nutrition in it.
