A few days ago i noticed one of my BO'S was looking sick. Her eyes were puffy and she has absolutely no energy. It seems to be getting worse by the day and starting today there was blood dripping from her left eye. I need advice on what to do as soon as possible.

First question - has the bird been isolated from the rest of the flock? If not, the bleeding may be attributed to pecking caused by the rest of the flock sensing weakness/illness in this bird. Isolation is important not only for protection from such pecking but as part of attempting to prevent further spreading of whatever is ailing this bird to the rest of the flock.
Aside from puffiness, is there any discharge from the eyes - or the nostrils? The first thing that comes to mind is something of a respiratory nature, which often presents with swelling around the eyes, etc - but further information regarding symptoms is needed to really begin to pin down what is going on. Are you familiar with taking the vitals of chickens and, if so, what are your bird's? How old is this bird?
Can you get a good photo of the bird so we can see what you are seeing?

We eventualy stopped the bleeding and there was alot of eye swelling but it seemed to have gone down a lot. We have her isolated from the flock. Today she is still slow moving and tired. Oh and she is about two years old.
